Abstract
The current chapter provides insights and ideas about the area of smart healthcare systems, more specifically federated learning which attaches various artificial intelligence (AI) tools. Our main objective is to help in bringing decentralized AI models to deliver high precision, efficient implementation, and privacy preservation in healthcare systems. This enables parallel model training on distributed healthcare devices, removing the need to centralize sensitive patient data. This paper conducts a thorough review of existing approaches and solutions designed to mitigate the deficiencies of traditional centralized management of healthcare data, including its susceptibility to attacks and low scalability. With federated learning and by being highly careful about privacy needs, healthcare organizations can improve on their predictive analytics and ensure the patients data is safe on all devices. The results from this study ethics show that such innovations can be transformative examples in intelligent systems for healthcare. Employing AI and federated learning techniques makes the system perform better ...
