So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Part Five covers the fundamentals of several social insurance programs that provide a basic layer of protection against various exposures. Chapter 20 discusses Social Security, with a focus on survivorship and disability benefits, as well as Medicare. Chapter 21 focuses on Medicare Part D prescription drug coverage, with particular emphasis on how the rules apply to group health plans. Chapter 22 explores workers’ compensation programs, and Chapter 23 examines unemployment compensation systems. It is essential to understand these social insurance programs, because their coordination with private benefit programs is vital to sound employee benefit planning.
