I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

This is still the clever stuff, so we could not round out Part Four without considering the benefits of developing the skill of storytelling. This ability is intertwined with the strategic mindset and as with Chapter 14, ‘Don’t treat the symptoms’, is a further essential branch that needs to be grown from the strategic mindset tree.
Much like our foundational structure, the clever stuff is also tripartite in nature. With our foundational structure there is an order: we must first know HR, then the business, after which we can add value.
