So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

The Display block at the beginning of the program
displays I’m Zippy-Bot! on the NXT’s LCD (even robots need
some personality). Zippy-Bot then drives for 10 rotations
in a circle by steering sharply to the right while moving
forward. After playing a tone, Zippy-Bot essentially retraces
its steps by driving for 10 rotations in a circle but moving
backward. The last block is another Sound block that plays
a tone, letting you know that the program has finished.
Download the Zippy-Bot3 program to Zippy-Bot and
place the robot on the floor (both carpet and hard surfaces
work fine), making sure Zippy-Bot has some room to move
around
