After creating a variety of mobile robots, in this chapter we’ll finally build and program a stationary robot: Golf-Bot (Fig-
ure 16-1). This creation’s goal is to hit a ball into a target made from pieces in the NXT set (the ball comes from the NXT
set, as well). You can place the target anywhere within a range of two feet from the robot, and Golf-Bot will find the target
by rotating on a turntable and searching the area with an ultrasonic sensor. Upon detecting the target, Golf-Bot opens a
