This chapter focuses on what are considered to be the foundations of TPS. Any potential idea for improvement or activity related to the implementation of TPS cannot exclude in any way the application of 2S.
2S (Figure 7.1), made of Seiri and Seiton, is the first two activities of the larger 5S concept.
