So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

The Toyota Academy case
The start date of the dealers’ yearly meeting was approaching: the Hotel Atlantic in Riccione hosted the event from 9 to 11 October 2009. Leonardo Salcerini, managing director of Toyota Material Handling Italia, was in the company of other senior collaborators of Toyota Academy1 in their offices, alongside all the other employees, to plan, prepare and share what would be the topics of the imminent meeting.
