Updating Fortune Cookie's Node.js webhook code

In the previous chapter, Node.js code was specifically written for Google Firebase's Cloud Function, which was integrated into Dialogflow. You need to modify the code slightly in order to make it work on the Node.js server:

1. Create a file called server.js.
2. Begin by declaring require('express'), which is a web-application framework for creating RESTful APIs that Dialogflow will be using. In the previous section, we relied on the Google Firebase framework to create RESTful APIs. Declare require('body-parser'), which will handle incoming requests as JSON data. Finally, declare require('http') to create an HTTP web server.
