So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Summary
In this chapter, you learned how to use a built-in Node.js server, and Cloud Functions for Firebase provided by Dialogflow to handle fulfillments through webhooks. In the Firebase Node.js server, a user intent request is intercepted and then a response object is created. You learned how to trigger an intent using an event in the code and also built a follow-up intent to create a conversation. Then, you built more advanced response objects using selectList, SSML, and audio. Finally, you learned about the data metrics collected by Dialogflow in the agent analytics section.
