So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Comparing intent
Both Alexa and Dialogflow use the term intent. The intent will help identify what the user says and converted them to the specific actions. From the backend server, the code will map the intent to a specific task. In Alexa, you define sample utterances, whereas in Dialogflow you define training phrases for the intent.
