Chapter 21. Keep the Fire Burning
Design is our passion, with lots of ups, but it’s still a job, and like any job, there’ll be downs, too. One of my “downs” is that for a number of years, I’ve suffered with headaches. Multiple appointments with different neurologists haven’t helped, but I’m still trying various things, and I’ve not given up hope. Working at a computer isn’t solely responsible for the pain, but I know it doesn’t help, and in a company of one, it can be very difficult to drop everything at the onset of a headache in the hope it doesn’t get worse.
