Throughout the book, we offer a list of specific references on particular
topics. We’ve tried to keep these to a minimum and only refer to things
that are worth looking at if you want to pursue the topic. We are not the first
to write a book on this dynamic and rapidly developing and evolving topic,
so we think it’s worth looking at the work of some of those who have writ-
