This is not an exhaustive list, but some interesting practices—not explicitly documented in the UP—that have been of value on iterative projects include:
The SCRUM process pattern [BDSSS00]; see also www.controlchaos.com. The most concrete is a daily “15-minute” stand-up SCRUM meeting. The project coach asks from each person: 1) items done since last meeting; 2) goals for next day; and 3) blocks for the coach to remove.
