So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
res_snmp.conf
The res_snmp.conf file is
used to configure SNMP support in Asterisk. There are two options in the
[general]. The subagent option specifies whether
res_snmp should run as a subagent or a full SNMP
agent. Asterisk defaults to running as a subagent. The enabled option specifies whether SNMP support
in Asterisk is enabled. This defaults to no, so you’ll need to change this if you want
SNMP support.
