Name
Congestion() — Indicates congestion on the channel
Requests that the channel indicate congestion and then
waits for the user to hang up or for the optional
timeout
(in seconds) to expire.
This application signals congestion only to the far end; it
doesn’t actually play a congestion tone to the user. Use Playtones(congestion)
to play a congestion
tone to the caller.
Warning
If you use this command without a timeout, you run the risk of
having a channel get stuck in this state. This is not really needed
when you want to indicate congestion to a user. Just use Playtones(congestion)
so they hear the
fast-busy, and then Hangup()
.
Always exits abnormally:
; if the Caller ID number is 555-1234, always play congestion
