What Kind of OSPO Do You Need?

As mentioned previously, no two OSPOs are alike in composition or functionality. They do, however, tend to fall into a set number of categories or types. Each type of OSPO will share characteristics with and perform some of the duties of other types, but each also tends to focus on one specific area. In this section, you’ll learn about the most common types of OSPOs to help you determine which kind best fits your business needs. Note that these types are guidelines, not rules.
