As you’re working through this part of the book and developing your outbound initiatives, simultaneously develop the procedures necessary to implement those initiatives. Ideally, you’d be able to coordinate with program or project managers and technical writers to do this, but not everyone will be lucky enough to have that kind of professional assistance available.
