9 OPERATING THE BA SERVICE
INTRODUCTION
A number of operational and management activities are required if the benefits of a coordinated business analysis effort are to be realised by the organisation. This chapter discusses the key processes that underpin the operation of the BA Service. These are:
• consultancy management;
• demand management;
• planning and estimating;
• process management, including knowledge management, risk and issue management and financial management.
