It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Developing quality technical information involves all of the quality characteristics. The chapters in this part of the book look at the interplay of characteristics. One of the chapters also looks at the roles of other people besides writers in the development cycle: technical reviewers, users, usability engineers, testers, editors, and visual designers.
