Create CVS users
When setting up CVS users, you have two options: creating separate Windows
users for each CVS user (good for high security and auditing needs), or sharing
one Windows user for all CVS users (good for ease of configuration and less
stringent security needs).
For the ITSO development environment, we create one Windows user for each
CVS user as follows:
