Electroenzymatic Labeling for
Immunosensors and DNA Sensors

This chapter describes recent advances, by coupling with bioactive
enzyme labels, in electrochemical immunosensors and DNA sensors.
And some sophisticated analytical devices for electrochemical
immunosensors and DNA sensors, including potentiometry, amper-
ometry, impedimetry, and conductometry, based on various signal
generation principles from the antigen–antibody interaction and
DNA hybridization are introduced. Signal amplification associates
with the use of electroactive enzyme labels and electroenzymatic
nanolabels. ...
