Preface

The 2015 International Conference on Electronic Engineering and Information Science (ICEEIS 2015) will be

held on 17–18 January in Haikou, China. The ICEEIS 2015 is sponsored by the Harbin University of Science

and Technology.

The main role of ICEEIS 2015 is to bring together innovators including engineering researchers, scientists,
