ABSTRACT: The rail-to-rail operational amplifier was designed. The circuit design is realized in 0.5m
CMOS technology and HSPICE simulation results. Simulation results show that the design of operational am-
plifier working in 5v power supply can get 20.502MHz band-width, phase margin is 62.473°, low-frequency
