What are the important rituals in your life? I’m going to go out on a limb and suggest that brushing your teeth is a vital twice-a-day (or more) ritual that you simply do not miss, as would be your morning coffee and checking Facebook or Instagram. Prayer would also qualify for many of you.

These are all examples of rituals that no one forces us to do. We do these either because:
