You Can Never Find…
While calling the police might sound easy for a high-tech crime case, it is not. After all, this is not the type of case where you can call 911. There was no good reason for police arriving at Spark's offices with lights flashing and sirens blaring. Of course, the federal government has some very good high-tech criminal investigative agencies, like the FBI and U.S. Secret Service. These agencies have branches that can handle computer investigations quite well. However, the federal agencies have certain standards that a case must meet before they can commit resources to investigate, and therefore they cannot accept just any case brought to them.
