There should be no doubt that corporate networks are here to stay. New employees are now assigned a phone number and an email address when they start a new job. Their desks are usually equipped with both a PC and a phone. If you are not convinced, consider this; how many people do you know who don't have an email address? Very few, right? At that rate, the telephone will soon be integrated into the PC, because you don't really need two separate pieces of equipment.
