I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

I got involved in this case together with one of my friends, Hugh, because we were part of this new task force. We were pleased to be able to offer our computer and telephone expertise to help the NYECTF. Hugh was a seasoned telecommunications security professional, having worked for companies such as New York Telephone and NYNEX for many years. He was very knowledgeable and easy to work with.
Some members of the organization asked to meet with us in New York City.
