I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
What Drives Them?
While we realize that not all hackers are the same, there appear to be major categories of them. Perhaps each group has their own unique motivations. While no one knows for sure yet, the field of cyber-based criminal behavior analysis is growing. Criminologists, psychologists, and computer security professionals are working together to better understand the hacker mind.
The desire of people to commit criminal and anti-social actions is best explained when equated to psychological reasons. While it is true that there are some criminals who are just genetically wired to have complete and total disregard for any rules or norms, they are very rare and most often are beyond rehabilitation.
