Hacking and other high-tech crimes have been with us for a while now. We currently have products and services that we can buy to improve our ability to detect and defend against hacker attacks. We also have law enforcement agencies that we can turn to when we are the victims of high-tech attacks. With all of these improvements, something is still missing.
