Like a good 12-step program, the first step to fixing a problem is to acknowledge its existence. Let's say it together… “We have a problem.” The infrastructure that society relies on, as well as every computer that is attached to the Internet, are vulnerable to hacker attacks. We should not expect governments to solve this problem by themselves. The corporations that provide the infrastructure, the telecommunications lines, and the individuals must all pitch in to help.
