So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

IBM WebSphere Studio Application Monitor (Application Monitor) observes and reports on
the health of Java™ 2 Platform Enterprise Edition (J2EE) applications. It tracks the progress
of applications as they traverse through J2EE application servers, middleware adapters, and
transports, and on to back-end established systems, such as IBM CICS, IMS, and DB2®, to
extract business data or to invoke established business processes. The tracking of
applications produces request traces, where the events in a request’s life are recorded and
stored in a monitoring repository database ...
