So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Appendix E. Multiple box Managing Server
installation
In a multiple box installation, you might have database (DB), Visualization Engine (VE),
Managing Server components 1 (Kernel1, PS1, AA1) (MS1) and Managing Server
components 2 (Kernel2, PS2 and AA2) (MS2) on separate systems.
For a multiple box installation of the Managing Server, perform the following tasks:
1. Run the installer on the VE machine. Make sure that you enter correct host names for the
various MS components. Also, do not create a local database.
2. Create the database and populate on the database machine.
3. Replicate the /opt/cyaneaone ...
