So you’ve got a plan for an app, and you’ve determined a way to bring that app into reality. Now it’s time to tally up the costs. Let’s go over possible costs briefly so you can get an idea of what you’re up against.

When we account for only the mandatory costs, we come up with the following:

• $100 for the iOS developer program

• $0 - $2000 for the cost of development itself

• $500 - $1500 for contracting

• $200/yr for the app builder

• $0 for a do-it-yourself approach
