So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Part 1: Foundations
In this part, I'll provide an overview of the entire book, and then begin our study of Web-application technologies by examining the application that will be used in all of the book's examples. The application will first be introduced in Chapter 2, but then reworked in Chapter 3 wo we can swap out application components as needed to illustrate various technologies throughout the remainder of the book.
