I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
How to do it...
Once you have the app installed, the first step is to create a profile. You can think of a profile as a configuration scheme in Jira, such as a workflow scheme. The profile contains all aspects of the configuration settings that are needed for processing incoming emails. To create a new profile, go through the following steps:
- Navigate to Administration > Manage apps > Configure JEMH.
- Select the Profiles option from the left-hand navigation panel.
- Click the Create Profile button.
- Enter a name for the profile, select DEVELOPMENT in the Readiness field, and click Create Profile:
