I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Did Shakespeare set himself the strategic goal of becoming the world's most famous playwright and then plan his plays accordingly? It is highly improbable that he thought that way. But he may have dreamed of greatness when he was a boy. As the Spanish proverb says:

In decision-making or problem-solving situations, for example, imagination is the ability and drive to discern the various useful possibilities and alternatives that are inherent in a problem, but are not obvious to less perceptive observers.
