I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

There are three areas of need present in all working groups and organizations. They are:
- The need to achieve the common task.
- The need to be held together or maintained as a team.
- The needs that individuals bring into the group by virtue of being individual and embodied human beings.
These sets of needs can be illustrated as three overlapping circles.
Can I think of any working group that doesn't have one or more of these three areas of need?
