I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Task needs
Work groups and organizations come into being because there is a task to be done that is too big for one person. You can climb a hill or a small mountain by yourself, but you cannot climb Mount Everest on your own – you need a team for that.
Team maintenance needs
Many of the written or unwritten rules of working groups are designed to promote unity and to maintain cohesiveness at all costs. Those who rock the boat or infringe group standards or the corporate balance may expect reactions varying from friendly indulgence to considerable pressure.
This need to create and promote group cohesiveness I have called the team maintenance need. After all, everyone knows what a team is.
