So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Working groups are more than the sum of their parts: they have a life and identity of their own. All such groups, providing they have been together for a certain amount of time, develop their own unique ethos – their group personality.
How would I describe the personality of my group?
The other side of the coin concerns what groups share in common as compared with their uniqueness. They are analogous to individuals in this respect: different as they are, working groups share certain needs.
