I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

There are six elements involved in communication, which can be expressed as a star:
All communication is a pattern of lines or relationships between these points:
- Communicator – A communication in the deliberate or conscious sense implies a person(s) who sends a message.
- Receiver – If in the language of grammar the sender is the ‘subject’, then the receiver is the ‘object’ to whom the message is directed.
- Aim – The intention of the message is the purpose in the sender's mind for sending it; it is the reason communication is taking place.
