So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

A priority is composed of two elements in various mixtures: urgency and importance. Repairing that punctured tyre on your car is urgent, but it is not important. It is important that you begin to think about next year's marketing strategy, but it is not urgent. But it is both urgent and important that you convince the chief executive about new sales campaigns at your 4.30 pm meeting today.
