21. From the Geography dimension drag Country into the Parameter and Filter window at the
top right.
22. Under the Filter Expression form next to Country select United States.
23. Drag Date Calendar Year into the Parameter and Filter window.
24. Select CY 2008 and CY 2010 under Filter Expression next to Year.
25. Place a check in the Parameters checkbox next to Year. The Query Designer should look like
what is shown in Figure 25-8.

26. Click OK in both windows.
Congratulations — you have created your first dataset from a cube. The rest of the build process is
identical to the one in the previous chapter on building a matrix report. The parameters are already
created. They already have available values and default values too.
