Within the Caribbean context, similar opportunities are available for KDDM proj-
ects to include the aspects of treatment, diagnosis, screening, diagnosis, and other
areas of medical tasks. Considerations should be given to the application of KDDM
to diseases that aect a high number of the population or have a high mortality rate
