Makedonski Telekom, there are four different types of migration
used to approach the customer:
Automigration: Customer is requested to self-service by migrat-
ing via IVR, Web-based, letter, or call agent. Web-based solu-
tions can be pushed by using the “walled garden” approach,
where the customer is requested to start the automigration
process by recurring pop-up windows. is type is mainly
valid for broadband customers, as the customer needs to have
an IP-capable CPE (customer premises equipment) already.
