The transfer transaction details
There are some differences in the transaction details of the ETH transfer transaction and ERC20 token transfer transaction. The developers should know about this and not get confused when looking at the transactions on the block explorer.
The following screenshot, taken from etherscan.io, shows the ether transaction where the From address sent the ether directly to the To address. In this case, the ether balance of the To address will be increased:
