So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

While today's robber barons try to push their information domination schemes on the world disguised as Smart City solutions, a decentralized open infrastructure for a true Smart City, respecting ownership and privacy is inevitable. Why? The following are a set of driving forces that will help break the big business monopoly on infrastructure in different domains, and make an open infrastructure a reality:
