Preparing our project

Let's create a new Universal Windows Platform application project. This time, we'll call it Actuator. We'll follow the same steps outlined in the previous two chapters. We can also use the same hardware, even though we will only use the relay in this project. To make persistence of application states even easier, we'll also include the latest version of the NuGet package Waher.Runtime.Settings in the project.
