In the previous chapter, we provided some guidance and best practices on moving existing ISV solutions to the new Dynamics 365 Business Central development model based on extensions.
Having the correct tools when working with extensions and Visual Studio Code can save you lots of time and energy. In this chapter, we want to give you an overview of some third-party development tools that you can use in your everyday developer life with AL to be more proficient in many tasks. We will focus here on tools developed by a famous name in the Microsoft Dynamics ERP world: Waldo.
