So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

UM is a topic that deserves a complete book in its own right to cover the many issues that have to be considered in implementing Exchange-based voice mail as a replacement for a traditional voice mail system that is tightly associated with a private branch exchange (PBX).
