Moving mailboxes
The ability to move mailboxes between databases is a fundamental operational procedure for Exchange. Because you have to install new servers to deploy Exchange 2010, moving mailboxes is the basic method to migrate user data to Exchange 2010 from Exchange 2003 and Exchange 2007 servers.
